Orange County LAFCO offices are located in Santa Ana, California. == Funding Source == OC LAFCO is funded by Orange County's 34 cities, 27 special districts, and the County. The LAFCO apportionment is a state mandate: Government Code Section 56381(1)(A) requires that the County, cities, and special districts each pay one-third of LAFCO’s costs.
